Clean room with shabby chic decor. Excellent location right on the lively square by the marina. The owner's daughter was helpful in explaining the facilities. Fully equipped room with TV - coffee maker - kettle, and more. Thoughtful inclusion of fresh milk - water - coffee, and breakfast items.
Can't recommend highly enough.

My accidental discovery of this place near Pisa turned out to be a delightful experience. the owner and her daughter, Vittoria, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. the shabby chic style of the room on the first floor was spacious and tastefully decorated. I was pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped facilities, including a large TV, coffee maker, kettle, air-con/heater, and even a refrigerator. the location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from the marina and the vibrant Piazza Garibaldi, filled with restaurants and shops.
I highly recommend staying at this wonderful place. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value for a well-equipped room with a lovely view of the piazza and the harbour. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a few steps away from the bus stop and boat pier, making it convenient for exploring Cinque Terra. The staff, especially Vittoria, made us feel welcome and the complimentary snacks and yoghurts were a nice touch.
Breakfast delights could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Located in the heart of a vibrant square, this hotel offers the perfect setting for exploring the local restaurants and enjoying the lively atmosphere. With clean and spacious rooms, the hotel provides a comfortable retreat after a day of adventure. the friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and the added touches like complimentary snacks and water make guests feel welcome. Plus, the convenient amenities such as air conditioning, refrigerator, and coffee maker add an extra level of comfort to the experience.
The lack of prior communication about parking and check-in details can cause some initial confusion.
